As I look on this page my heart hurts at how many of you have left us as such a young age.  TOM...I have been brought to tears many times as some of your friends reflect on their time with you.  And you and I had our 'special moment in time' together, too.  I loved you as such a tender, sweet person.  I love that we got to know each other during our High School days and then again many years later.  I have tender, loving thoughts of you and miss you so much.  You always made me laugh with your crazy, funny stories, and to this day I'm hearing TOAD stories:)  You had many a good friend, me included.  Your light shines within us!

Toad,  You are and will always be close in spirit and thought each and every day.  We just had a birthday-yours would have been August 7th and mine is August 8th.  As you know I named my first born son's middle name after you.  During a life time a person can count their best friends on one hand glad you were one of mine.  I have shared many of our adventures/stories with others and especially my chidren and family.  My daughter(Angie)-still calls you Uncle Toad and talks about the times we hung out at the beach.  You are greatly missed more than you could ever imagine.  I know you are resting peacefully.   Dave

Very fond memories as well of Toad at Savanna as well as at Cypress Junior College classes. I missed the opportunity to post earlier as I send warmest wishes to his family and friends and loved ones.

Remembering the face and times. But more still a comfortable spirit. Easy to be around and a glance or smile in the mist of a crowd. A rare gift. Fond Farewell.
