After graduation from Savanna, I attended and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1974.

I served in the Navy as an F14 RIO, was a 1980 Top Gun graduate. I left the military in 1984 and moved to Lucerne Valley and raised my son, Trey. I started teaching in 1990 and continue to teach HS math.
