Looking forward to a fun time together at the reunion. I am alot more social now, than I was in high school.
I married Larry Ortega in 75. He was a customer at JoJo's restaurant, and I was a waitress (working my way through college at Cal State Fullerton), he recognized me (I didn't recognize him), we were both art majors and fell in love, got married and moved to Hawaii almost 2 years later. We moved to Arizona after 5 years in Hawaii, and have been here ever since. We had 2 children that turned out pretty awesome. I have worked in the graphic design field for the past 25 years. Larry has a sucessful commercial real estate business. I currently help him with his marketing materials. I paint in soft pastels. Belong to an Arizona pastel painters organization, currently the show chairperson. I also belong to a Christian ministry for 17 years, that helps women in crises (I've witnessed some amazing stories). I often take care of my 4 grandkids when I'm available. I enjoy gardening (have some wonderful tomatoes and herbs growing right now), painting, and spending time with family and friends at our mountain home in the White Mountains in North Eastern Arizona. Life is good!
BTW - I think that is my lime green 65 mustang on the website banner. My first car!
