Andy...funny you.  As for Cathy TRUMPING me for your asst...well if I didn't love her so much I'd be offended, but I say you'd be making a good choice.  CHOOSING OFF Cathy....well, I'm a Lover, not a Fighter so we know how THAT would turn out...heehee.  BUT...just letting you know, MY BIRTHDAY is in one week on JUNE 14th...will I get a call from some exotic place????  Just in case here's my Cell......714-900-1022.....  and Linda Moores' birthday is the day after on June 15th.  We could keep you  pretty busy.

I got info from Terry Trautloff re: 3 day cruise for NEXT Memorial Day weekend and I'll send it out to a few of you to see if you're interested.  Prob is the deposit needs to go in June 10...in 2 days. Don't think we'll make it.  I think Linda's idea of a Concert in the Park atmosphere is a great idea for a Mini Reunion gathering.    I'd like to hear more about it.

GRANT...get your butt out here....I want you to experience your FIRST  In 'n Out Burger...MY TREAT!  You'll be forever changed.  Then all you Idahoian/Californians will have something in common.

You're right Cathy...I think Joy was just so intimidating looking and was a TOUGH cookie that everyone just KNEW she could take them if she wanted to....but I never saw her in anything other than a 'verbal fight' with anyone all through Brookhurst days.  I think she liked sticking up for her friends when they had issues with someone.  Once she knew I had a disagreement with Marina Bueno and she 'choose her off' for ME....and they never fought.  GEE, good to have a JOY in your corner.  OR a Cathy....you could be a bit scary, too...haa...and look at what a pussycat you are now :)

Great to know about Joy...the rumor of razer blades in her hair had me scared sh--less! I did see her at one of our early reunions and she was wonderfully sweet.

All you ladies talking about Joy, I too remember the Brookhurst days with her and yes I also had a verbal talking with her in high school...but your right when once you were her friend she really stood for you..yeah!  I was one...lol...I went to see Karin Trapp after the reunion because she only lived 3 doors down from us when we all grew up, she told me that Joy has gone on to do Celebrity hair styling and very good at it I'm sure..She works I think Karin say in Burbank at the movie sets...what a dream job, she always wanted to work with hair and makeup..I hope she comes to our next reunion I would like to see her...Linda, your birthday is the same day as my brother Sol, the 16th of June..Happy Birthday to you also...Ladies your awesome keep up the chatter....

ANDY...what a crack up.  You calling me TODAY, Thurs June 10th, and singing 'Put another candle on your birthday cake.....'   from INDIA.  You really took me literally when I asked for a birthday call from some exotic place.  THANK YOU.  I was in S A  in the JURY holding room for jury duty and my phone when off.  I hung up my cell upon hearing the ring quickly as to not draw too much attention...sorry.  I appreciate that you know my special day is MONDAY the 14th but India was a much more exotic place than where you'll be Monday....HAAAAAAAAA.... I was digging it and laughing.  Thanks for sending some LOVE my way.  And for the 'other' messages and stuff I've been getting...LOVE YOU ALL!

Hey you all... Just wanted to tell you that Randy Hall and I are going to see Dave Stowe about 3:30 tonight....  then, off to the costa mesa speedway....  Dave sounded really great on the phone...he has been working out and really doing good on his diet.  He is so precious.   I am back from Sacramento.. Had a great time and my daughters art show went exceptionally well.  Welp, if yer going to the motorcycle races tonight, we'll see you there...if not, it is our loss.  God Bless you all and know that you are loved.  Ciao for now...Cathy...   Oh Chris...I left Cathy Imperiali a note on her facebook....just waiting to hear back from her.  Cool, eh?  It may take a while, but I think eventually we are going to reconnect with everyone.  I love it!

Everyone enjoy some homemade ice cream...and watermelon..As a kid that's some of the things we used to have on the 4th of July, how many of you remember the parade that was in Huntington Beach down hwy 39...my brother Sol (Buddy) always played the drums and walked the blvd...loved it and then we would stay until night and watch the fireworks off the pier...Good memories...God Bless everyone...

I let my family know and a few of the kids that all grew up on our street Dahlia, it doesn't seem possible to me about Karin, because me and my sister Sandy were just there the day after the renunion and we stayed a few hours just talking...her husband is a wonderful man to be taking care of her father and now I'm sure Gary is taking care of her with her children...thanks again and keep me posted..

Everyone Karin Trapp passed away today July 3,  about 1 PM, please continue to pray for her son Brian, daughter Sonja and children, her husband Gary...They caught the Melanoma cancer to late it went inward and throughout her body...I'm glad I got to spend time with her last August the day after the reunion..Boy, since I was 5 years old we laughed, cried, fought, lived on the same street...Blessings, to you Karin and to all your loved ones.
